2.1VISION

To carry out activities in co-operation with consumerism ministries, departments and government agencies and the private sector to increase consumer rights awareness and knowledge to the people of Malaysia, especially Sarawak.

2.2 MISSION

A) To create awareness and fight for the rights of consumers.
B) Protecting the health and safety of consumers.
C) Maintaining and protecting the environment
D) Maintaining public facilities provided by the government to consumers.
E) Tighten unity among people regardless of religion and race.
F) Together trying to protect consumers from unfair things, deceived or receive information that is misleading.
